Shipping Methods and Expenses

We offer complimentary delivery with FEDEX on all orders. Delivery times range from 3–21 working days depending on whether the item is immediately available in stock. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Products Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return the products you bought free of charge, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in the same packaging as they were delivered to you, together with the retail receipt. In any other case returns will not be accepted.

The purchase price will be refunded by Katerina Marmagioli within ten (10) working days after a satisfactory quality control of the reshipped parcel. Refunds will be done by wire transfer on the bank account or PayPal mentioned by the client for this purpose.
