This rare, ancient currency of Vanuatu still holds a high exchange rate value in the Melanesian islands. Used exclusively by the tribe chiefs, it was a taboo for women to touch. Now, combined with a Golden south sea pearl and diamonds in a bracelet, it is the essential contemporary female symbol.
All materials used are ethically sourced. The tusk is aged for many decades, it is an antique, and it is accompanied by a CITES certificate, although it is not included in the CITES list.
